Speedy Mayonnaise Rolls
Make your own self-rising flour for these Speedy Mayonnaise Rolls to save money and a shopping trip. Combine a scant 2 cups all-purpose flour, 3 teaspoons baking powder and 1 teaspoon salt to yield 2 cups.
2 cup self-rising flour
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup Milk
Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease 12 muffin cups.
Combine flour, mayonnaise, milk, sugar and salt in a medium bowl.
Stir flour mixture with a wooden spoon just until mixed.
Fill prepared muffin cups halfway with batter. Bake until rolls are browned, about 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
